Waitlist information

If you join the waitlist we collect name, contact details, and a few home facts you choose to share (city, stairs, pets, connectivity, overnight hours, organization). We use that to decide whether a pilot placement is even possible. We do not sell waitlist names or home facts.

Cameras and microphones

Cameras and microphones are off by default in bedrooms and bathrooms. Recording is opt-in. The default is alerts — not a live video feed into an office.

Who can see alerts

Alerts go to the family contacts you name and to on-call staff at the agency. Only people who need them for the placement see them.

How long we keep things

We keep waitlist records until you ask to be removed. If a placement produces incident or care notes, those follow the agency’s existing record-retention rules for care records.

This is not a HIPAA portal

This marketing site is not a covered-entity patient portal. If care records exist, they follow the agency’s existing clinical privacy practices — not this waitlist form.
